Privacy
A welcoming space starts with respect for your family’s privacy.
Good to know
- When ticket requests are open, we collect your name, email and/or phone, ticket quantity, and optional player choice to coordinate the request. Submitting does not complete a sale or process a payment.
- Contact and feedback messages are stored for the site organizer to review. An email address may be used for a one-time acknowledgement or reply. Contact details are not added to marketing.
- Customer names and contact details are not public. Player accounts must not receive phone numbers or full email addresses. Requests do not enroll you in marketing.
- Optional first-party counters, disabled by default, store daily totals for public landing pages only, for up to 90 days while enabled. They use no visitor identifiers or tracking cookies, exclude private pages and queries, and respect browser privacy opt-outs. The organizer can clear retained totals.
- When enabled on public forms, Google reCAPTCHA checks for abuse after you agree and submit. Google receives browser/device information; no customer form fields are included in our verification call. You can contact the organizer through the person who shared this fundraiser for manual help.
- We do not load third-party advertising, analytics, or fonts. Prize and rules links may lead to the organizer’s own website.
- A secure session cookie protects forms. Your browser can save public images, styles, and a generic offline page; the offline feature never saves private pages or form submissions.
- Abuse controls store keyed hashes of the network address and session identifier, not raw values, for a short rate-limit window. Hosting access logs may include technical request information. Keep your private confirmation link secure.
- Messages and requests are retained for organizer review and the fundraiser’s recordkeeping. Contact the organizer through the person who shared the fundraiser if you need help with your information.
